Workshop & Live Demonstration Sugar Control Without Medicine 16 Oct

In honour of World Food Day, the Innovative College of Pharmacy Literary Club hosted a workshop and live demonstration on October 16, 2025. "Eat Well, Live Well" was the title of the workshop led by wellness coach and health expert Mr. Sudhir Srivastava. He encouraged participants to embrace good eating habits for improved wellbeing and offered helpful advice on how to naturally control blood sugar levels without the use of medications.
