Environment Mission: “10 Trees for Every Life”

At Innovative Group of Colleges, we believe that education extends beyond the classroom and into the realm of social responsibility. In alignment with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, we are committed to creating a lasting impact through sustainable and community-focused initiatives.

One of our flagship CSR campaigns is our Environmental Mission – “10 Trees for Every Life”, a green movement that reflects our deep-rooted commitment to environmental sustainability and ecological balance. We recognize that for each individual to live a healthy life, there must be at least 10 fully-grown trees sustaining their ecosystem. This belief forms the foundation of our environmental campaign.

Our 4-Step Green Initiative

1. Tree Plantation on Life Events
   We encourage our students, faculty, and staff to plant a tree sapling to commemorate every important milestone—be it a birthday, graduation, promotion, or personal achievement. Each sapling becomes a living symbol of growth and sustainability.
2. Digital Advocacy & Awareness
   We actively promote environmental awareness by urging our community to share the “10 Trees for Every Life” message across digital platforms and social media, amplifying the cause far beyond our institutional boundaries.
3. Partnership with TreeForMemories.com
   We are proud collaborators of TreeForMemories.com, an online platform dedicated to tree plantation and ecological restoration. This partnership empowers individuals to contribute meaningfully by planting and dedicating trees as lasting memories.
4. Nurture with Responsibility
   Our mission does not end with planting. We advocate for the care, protection, and nurturing of every sapling during its early growth years. This ensures that trees not only survive but thrive, contributing to oxygen generation and biodiversity preservation.

Through this sustainable and scalable model, we have successfully inspired and enabled the plantation of thousands of trees, creating a ripple effect of environmental awareness and action. Our students, faculty, administration, and management collectively lead this initiative with unwavering enthusiasm, making it a true community effort.
