FAQs – LL.B. (3-Year) at Innovative Institute of Law

LL.B. is a 3-year full-time undergraduate law program designed for students who have already completed graduation in any discipline. It covers the core legal subjects including Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Contract Law, etc.

The course is spread over six semesters, blending theoretical legal knowledge with practical training such as moot courts, internships, and legal aid activities.

LL.B. is pursued after graduation in any stream (Arts, Science, Commerce). Integrated courses are 5-year programs pursued after 10+2.

Any candidate who has completed a bachelor’s degree (in any stream) with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) is eligible.

Admissions are primarily merit-based as per CCS University norms. However, candidates may receive added weightage for performance in CLAT/LSAT or equivalent exams.

No. As per current Bar Council of India (BCI) guidelines, there is no upper age limit for pursuing LL.B.

Yes. The course is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University (CCSU), Meerut.

Yes. After completing LL.B., you can enrol with the Bar Council of your state and appear in the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE) to become a licensed advocate.
