5 Years Integrated Programme in Law is a contemporary course grooming law professional right from the beginning. It is a specially designed course that inducts candidates aspiring to be law graduates immediately after qualify Senior Sec. School (10+2).

APPROVAL AND AFFILIATION:
B.A. LL.B., 5 years integrated degree programme is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and is affiliated to the Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut.
ELIGIBILITY:
Intermediate (10 +2) in any discipline with minimum 45% marks. The eligibility for admission will be as per the rules of affiliating body/ approving body i.e., the CSS University and the Bar Council of India.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR ADMISSION IN THE B.A.LL.B. – 5 YRS. INTEGRATED PROGRAM, THE CANDIDATE SHOULD:
- Have passed Senior School Certificate Examination (10+2 System) or equivalent examination with at least 45% marks in aggregate for General Category & 40% marks in aggregate for SC/ST Category.
- Not be more than 25 years as on 1st of July in the year of appearing in Examination (subject to C.C.S. University and Bar Council of India norms).
- Candidates appearing/appeared for the Annual Examination in March/April are also eligible to apply.

B.A. LL.B. is a five-year integrated undergraduate program combining the study of Arts (Political Science, Sociology, History, Economics, etc.) with core legal education, including Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, and more.

The course spans 5 years (10 semesters). Each semester includes legal and non-legal subjects along with internships, moot courts, legal aid clinics, and research projects.

It integrates social sciences with law, providing a broader understanding of society, governance, and justice—essential for roles in litigation, public policy, civil services, and human rights law.

Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST categories) from a recognized board are eligible.

Admissions are based on merit, subject to CCS University norms. Candidates with CLAT/LSAT scores may be given preference.

As per Bar Council of India (BCI) guidelines, there is currently no age restriction for admission.
