DWARKA COURT VISIT

The Innovative Institute of Law, under the Innovative Group of Colleges, organized a Dwarka Court Visit on 14 December 2025, providing students with valuable exposure to real-time judicial proceedings. During the visit, students observed live civil and criminal hearings and interacted with advocates and court officials to understand case flow and courtroom procedures. They also explored key sections such as filing, record management, and mediation, gaining insight into the administrative side of the legal system. Faculty members guided students in understanding courtroom decorum, documentation, and professional conduct. The experience helped bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical application, highlighting essential skills like evidence presentation and advocacy. Overall, the visit enhanced students’ understanding of judicial operations and contributed meaningfully to their professional development as future legal practitioners.
