District Court Visit

The Innovative Institute of Law, under the Innovative Group of Colleges, organized a District Court Visit on 28 September 2024.Students observed live civil and criminal proceedings, gaining practical exposure to courtroom functioning. They interacted with advocates and court staff, learning about case management and procedural law. The visit included tours of the filing section, record room, and mediation centre. Students learned courtroom etiquette and the importance of documentation. Real-time hearings helped connect theoretical knowledge with practical application. The experience enhanced students’ understanding of judicial processes. Faculty members guided students throughout the visit. The initiative aimed to strengthen experiential legal education. Overall, the visit proved highly informative and professionally enriching.
