Guest Lecture- Work Life Balance Time & Conflict Management

The Department of Cultural Affairs at IIET College conducted an enriching Guest Lecture on 22 November 2025 in the IIET Seminar Hall, on the theme “Work-Life Balance, Time & Conflict Management.”

The session was delivered by Mr. Satish Kumar Sharma, who shared valuable insights on maintaining a balanced lifestyle and managing daily challenges effectively.

During the lecture, he explained practical methods for efficient time management, achieving harmony between academic and personal commitments, and handling conflicts with a positive and solution-oriented approach. The faculty members actively engaged in the session and benefitted from the meaningful discussion, gaining important strategies to support their personal and professional growth.
